To avoid misunderstandings and facilitate our work process, I ask that you read my terms of service! So, you get to know all the necessary rules and observations about my work! Thanks!

CONDITIONS

By ordering an art with me you agree to all these terms and conditions.In most of my work, my clients allow me to have total freedom to choose the pose (usually a pose that values the character). So, if you have suggestions, ideas or a specific request, keep that in mind. Well, I usually work together with them in the best elaboration of art.I work during the week at a slow pace, but the days I work entirely on orders are on FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS. I have other responsibilities as well, so please be understanding and don't cover me out of those days;All arts will be posted in my galleries. (Notify if you want it to be a private order);The client can post the art in any personal galleries and is entitled to the image, providing the art credits to the artist (Bella Vanguard);I can refuse any service for the reason that I consider valid;Don't be disrespectful, please. Do not rush orders rudely;In case of delays I will notify the customer;

REQUESTS

I work with simple poses, so I end up demanding more freedom in the process of choosing the pose, angle and maintaining the pattern of my gallery;I give suggestions during the art creation process to better understand the client;Image specifications such as JPG or PNG must be notified beforehand;All arts have a watermark;It is not possible to change the order type after payment;I avoid using saturated colors, but in some cases there may be changes due to the resolution of my monitor;In some more complex cases it may be necessary to pre-approve the draft before payment; however, only in cases of Half-Body or Full-Body;Changes after the draft process will have an increase of + 30% in the total value of the order; [Example: Significant changes in the coloring / shading process of the drawing];Dramatic changes when the order is completely finalized will be charged 100% of the order value. (Example: Complete change of pose when the art is in the process of finishing)The order of orders varies according to complexity. However, the maximum delivery time is 2 months;

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

Prepayment and full order before draft;I do not make parcels;I do not make a refund; (Only if I'm not really in a position to do the job);In cases of cancellation the situation will be resolved directly with the customer;Artist's errors will not be considered in the + 30% increase;Payment methods - Paypal;
